It includes an innovation, the manager coming to the mound in the crisis to summon a  relief pitcher.  My work also answers the question of why a manager would pitch to the superstar with a base open.  There&#039;s also a hint of what the out pitch was.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m sure that&#039;s the tune but the lyrics were about a trombone player, not a single mention of a baseball player.  My only reference for the lyrics is http://www.baseball-almanac.com/poetry/slide_kelly_slide.shtml.  Youtube videos only seem to have a musical recording with no lyrics.  Either way, I appreciate the response, it was very interesting to listen to.]]></description>
